Terms of use
Updated August 21, 2026.
Who you are dealing with
SalesGecko is a product of Ezako, which publishes and operates the service. Questions about these terms go to contact@salesgecko.com.
Using SalesGecko, the website or the application, means these terms apply to you.
Beta access
SalesGecko is offered as a public beta. Accounts created during the beta keep their access at no cost, for as long as they are used.
The product moves quickly while the beta runs: features arrive, change shape and occasionally retire. Changes that affect how you work are announced by email before they land.
Your account
One account belongs to one person. Keep your credentials to yourself, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has them.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the records you enter and for the right to hold them.
Fair use
Use SalesGecko for your own sales activity and within the law that applies where you operate, including the rules on consent, prospecting and opt-out.
Automated scraping of the service, resale of access, and attempts to reach another customer's data all fall outside fair use.
Your data stays yours
The contacts, deals and notes you import or create remain yours. You can export them or ask for their deletion at any time, and closing your account triggers deletion on the schedule set out in the privacy policy.
How that data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
Availability
We aim for a service that is there every working day, and we announce planned maintenance ahead of time. While the beta runs, the service is provided as it stands, without a contractual availability commitment.
Ending it
You can close your account whenever you like, from the application or by writing to us.
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why and give you the chance to put it right whenever the situation allows.
The law that applies
French law governs these terms. If a disagreement comes up, write to us first: almost everything resolves in a conversation, and we would rather have that one.
